What Usurp does

Usurp provides the software that runs a pay-to-rank board. Each board is operated by its owner, not by us.

Payments

Bids are charged on the board owner's own Stripe account and settle to them directly. Usurp never receives, holds, or remits bidder funds. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks and tax on those payments are the board owner's responsibility, handled in their own Stripe dashboard.

Board owners pay Usurp a separate subscription for the software. That is the only money that moves between you and us.

Ranking

Rank is determined solely by bid amount, with ties resolved in favour of the earlier bid. A rank is claimed only once a payment completes. We do not sell, adjust, or reserve positions.

What you may not list

Products and profiles only. No link shorteners, chat or group invites, or adult content. Board owners may remove any listing on their own board.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding month.
