What we store

Board owners

An email address, so we know who owns which board, and your board's settings. We don't send marketing.

Your Stripe key

Board owners provide a restricted Stripe key. It is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it reaches our database, and the encryption key is held outside that database. We refuse live secret keys outright. You can revoke the key from your Stripe dashboard at any time, which immediately cuts off our access.

Bidders

We store the listing itself — URL, description, bid amount — and a count of outbound clicks. We never see card details. Payment information is entered on Stripe's own checkout and goes to the board owner's Stripe account, not to us.

Query strings are stripped from every submitted URL, so tracking and referral parameters are discarded rather than stored.

What we don't do

No advertising trackers, no selling data, no sharing your listing data with third parties beyond the payment processing described above.

Removal

Board owners can delete a board and its listings at any time. To have your data removed, email hello@usurp.cc.
